His response to the Windsor decision on Glenn Beck's radio show: "Do they have to be two humans?" Rand Paul is an unprincipled, greedy whore who will say or do anything to scrabble his way to the top, hold on to power, and protect the sources of his money.

But then, you said no decent person could do such a thing. That's your fatal assumption.

No, but it's the logical extension from applying the Constitution to unborn fetuses.

And, of course, if you want to shop for Hermes or otherwise hang out with those who have too much money and strong sense of conformity, you can go to Positano too, which is definitely pretty.

I think you are confusing Capri with Positano. Capri has all of the high-end fashion stores. Positano has none of that (and thus has much more character).

Helpful mnemonic device: "Mary Tyler Moore awakened young Atticus's nascent sexuality with her black _________ pants." Answer: NOT Positano.

To the extent this helps me remember anything, it is something I would rather not recall.

Could be. It's getting to be a long time ago.

It does seem that there is no Hermes store in Positano and one in Capri, so I may have juxtaposed to two.

Great, now I know who to consult when we're playing trivial pursuits* and the Anne Bancroft's wardrobe questions come up.
