I'm not barred in any of his states, so I didn't do it.

Regarding the cruelty of programming yourself out of a job, I guess I'd tell that guy, never give them too much too fast and always leave something undone or too confusing for them to get rid of you. I hate that sort of thinking, but in cost-cutting cycle, what else can one do?

If you're not watching Silicon Valley, you must correct that.

It's not like he stated an earnest love for Dave Matthews.* Liking UB40 in the 80s was a mere summary offense in most states.

*I do like "Two Step." It was a good sex song. "Crash (Into Me)," which was sold as a sex song, sounds like a pervert trying to get a young girl to disrobe for compensation of some sort. Not sexy at all.

I feel left out not having the Facebook. Is it worth sharing on the PB? (“FB” will always mean “the Fashion [Tips] Board” to me.)

And since Supreme Court justices are above judicial conduct rules (which is, policy wise, probably a Not Bad thing), my cousin Brett will face no real discipline for his testimony. He can be impeached, but how likely is that?

Shit, for a frat bro in the mid-80s liking UB40 enough to see them live was downright cutting edge.

Unlikely, but I wonder if documents might emerge someday (with a Democrat in the White House) showing that he lied about the stolen Democratic Senators' documents.

We put "Crash" on our wedding playlist as an inside joke about the auto accident that nearly killed us the week we got engaged.

I do that sort of stuff here. I'll ask around for Ohio. My in-laws are in Akron, and one is a judge and the other used to be the administrator for the same biglaw firm. They may know someone.
