Yes, we will take your 745 am phone calls that "[SO] is breaking things and beating on the car [in which I am locked in]." We will also remind you that you said this one "is worse than" the ex we filed a police report on and had forcibly evicted from your house.

Your intervention begins on Saturday. Try not to be late.

Want me to introduce the S/O to Stu? Is she trophy wife material?

I can't speak for E/O on this, although having said that in factuality I could but for our promise to each other of dl.....dl. Having said that, I can speak for myself, and fyi, ftr, fwiw, ymmv, iykwim, npi, I tweet things like that as a technological response to the many queries over the years of questions like:

"what's your secret to greatness?"; "how did you qualify for the show?"; "how can i qualify for the show?"; and/or "how can I be more like you?"

before Tweeter, I was going to write a book to answer the masses interest in those topics, but my editors told me that the proposed text "Go big or go home, and while you are at it go fast or die" didn't really suppourt an actual book.....or even a pamphlet, so Tweeter it was.

Thanks and ifyl. The Tweeter has the undeniable benefit of concisity and additionally avoids the detriment of verbosity. For that, I admire it. But I think Twits such as the one you reference above are different in type, quality, and substance from the type of Twits e/o concedes to sending. One being advice of a profound and deeply heartfelt nature, the other being mundanity of a most pedestrian character. The contrast between "Go big or go home" and "I am going to the gym" is as stark as between "Live Free or Die" and "I just woke up." imho

Is this why you unfollowed me?

Where else can I debate the issues of the day? Where should my barhopping take me? Which djs are playing where? Should I take my hair darker for fall?

Twits such as "The scene at Bar X is dead. Where is everyone?" or "What time is DJ Y starting?" are simply information gathering. Twits such as, "I just got a Blueberry Muffin at Starbucks. Mmmmm!!!!" and "I drank a lot last night. My head hurts!!!!" and "Spin class was tough today. Ouch!!!!" and "Going to the dry cleaners now. Clean!!!!" seem less useful.

Depends who's stalking you.

The proper response to @Hockeymom22's Tweet, "Tommy and Janie just got sundaes w/sprinkles at Baskin/Robbins! Mmmm!"?

@NaturistGus: "And those waffle cones look real tasty. Luv them sprinkles. Is that a new SUV?"

future? you wanna know about the future?

the President of Fox is elected President in 2017. He names Fringey head of the FCC. first thing she does is delete all posts/tweets or Facebook statii from any of the "Hot FBs". All that's left for future generations is that Ironweed has a grainy photocopy of an image he believes was GWNC's offering to TMBD2.

her second act is to order RT to make Hank a mod. RT refuses, is dismissed and NotBob takes over. you can imagine the fall out.

And someone sent around a Thanksgiving Heart, giving me the opportunity to hide all future iHeart posts.

Now my day is complete -- my cousin Facebooked that she is heading for Caribou [Coffee].

Exactly. Won't you just think of the children?

AoN, my Tumblr account is titled "Do I Dare To Eat a Peach?" Perhaps I should use Twitter instead, and note all of the restaurants and diners where the waitresses have good hair.

Sort of. A Flower's Id sock would post all the same text, except with more emoticons -- all of them frowny.
