I've used it to treat chronic back pain that my doctors couldn't diagnose or treat (aside from writing me scrips for painkillers, and I really don't need a 5 vicodin/day habit, thank you very much) and it worked. I have quite a few friends who used it to treat endometriosis and infertility and it worked. I also have one friend who tried acupuncture to treat her panic attacks, and it didn't work. Obviously I can't rule out the placebo effect, but if the placebo effect gets you pregnant when years of traditional fertility treatment didn't work, then what's the harm? |
