Where PA stands: - Trump's edge is down to about 300k. - About 900k mail ballots uncounted yet. - Biden still winning 78% of those. - If - again IF - that % holds, Biden would surpass Trump's advantage. |

 1. Low taxes; 2. Social liberals in charge of exec branch; 3. Extremes on left and right checked. You get your cake and you get to eat it. You want to enable the hard left to screw this up? |

 Re: Objectively intelligent. Quote:
.8 x 800k = 640k votes Current Trump lead = 180k Trump picks up 160k votes and taps out at 340k Biden nearly doubles that in pick up on % of last 800k outstanding alone. Biden has PA. Game, set, match. |

 1. Negative right based freedoms; 2. Limited govt and taxation The two party system usually forces a miserable bargain on me. Here, due to an odd conflation of events, we’ve wound up with low taxes, gridlocked govt, and a socially liberal but moderate exec branch. The right wing is now in cultural and political Siberia. The Progressives can’t get agenda thru Senate so are neutralized. Biden happily governs as a moderate. When the Progressives attack him, he has McConnell play the villain. Market’s going to fly. And it’s good for small business too. |

 Re: Objectively intelligent. Quote:
I'd like to get healthcare that covers everyone. I'd like to get fiscal support to people during a pandemic. I'd like to actually address the student debt crisis, and reduce it going forward. I'd like the minimum wage to reflect actual productivity. I'd like electoral reform so that the GOP can stop relying on voter suppression as it's main electoral strategy. I'd like to see massive investment in green energy and tech so that we can, finally, start to address both climate change and the lack of high quality blue collar jobs. Maybe even UBI. We need a ton of change because the path we're on is not sustainable. All of that is way more valuable than the little bit more in taxes I might have to pay. |
