Bullshit.

Jews have asked to wear the yarmulke in places where hats are not allowed -- schools, courtrooms, etc.

Sikhs have asked to wear the traditional turban and the kirpan in places wear head-coverings and weapons are not allowed.

Atheists have asked to have "under God" removed from the Pledge of Allegiance. Christians put it in there, in the first place, in order to make atheists (communists) feel excluded from the nation.

Christians have asked to forbid the sale of alcohol on Sunday. To display large crosses on public property. To display the ten commandments in courthouses. To have congressmen swear on a Bible.

Hell -- the list of concessions to their religion that Christians have demanded goes on and on and on; and it is only slightly longer than the list of what Christians have received.

Well, you note your self that you were wrong if your point was that other religions wouldn't ask, so I don't need to respond to that.

With respect to your other observations, I don't really think it was news. It may have shown up on one or two hate-monger websites, but that doesn't make it news. And finally, my point is that Slave doesn't need to be geeked up by the way things are spun on some website. I submit he goes to those websites because they support and affirm his prejudice.

You're familiar with prejudice, right? We here in America by and large like to think of it as a bad thing.

I think you should find the statement, that a black man, unsupervised, would probably rape a white woman or mug someone, offensive. In the extreme.


But you don't seem to find the statement that a muslim, unsupervised, would enter a stadium with an exploding belt full of nails, offensive. To even the slightest extent.


I could argue statistics -- compare the percentage of the world's 2 billion muslims who have engaged in terrorist acts to the percentage of african-americans who have committed violent crimes -- and that would suggest that my "rape/mugging" slur is at least as justifiable as slave's "suicide killer" slur. Or I could point out that the only thing you know about this muslim is that he prays a lot, he would like to do it someplace clean, and it's not a big deal to him if he can't.


Either way, it's a slur. My comment, and slave's.


What makes mine okay, and not slave's? Intent. I think my intent was apparent -- I suspect it was to you. If it wasn't, and I offended you or anyone else, then I apologize.

Well, he's sort from Illinois, but he is also sort of a carpetbagger. In truth it appears, based on Hillary's investigation/leak to the press, he is from Indonesia, a radical islamist haven.

Hillary, otoh, looks scary in a turban and beard (as my posted pic illustrated) and is from Cook County Illinois, the home to Northwestern. Coincidence.....I think. NOT!
