self-tanner update
 

It seems to be working fine. It's not instant dark color but that is not what I wanted. Because it's an oil-free moisturizer, I use it twice a day. Morning and night. I don't need the sunscreen when I'm only going to bed, but hey.

Give the state of your life, the numbers on the scale should be the least of your concern. (Unless however they are unhealthily low, in which case you should eat more bacon.)

Focus on getting healthy and well and all parts in working order.

This is not a recommendation. Did you think it is? My hair has looked better IMO. For one thing, a hospital apparently shaved part of my head. For a monitor. I was also lying on the back of my head for months and hair broke. Also, hair has not been consistent in pictures.
