Can we please clear this up? I was exceedingly nice in my assessment. I said nothing insulting. I was honest by avoiding being overly descriptive. And I defy anyone who has met the woman (or who has seen a photo) to deny this.

She thought I was going to compliment her, got pissed off when I didn't and went on the attack (during which she flat-out lied about me hitting on her or some shit). At that point, I saw no reason to continue trying to avoid hurting her feelings.

I think they'll get pretty far, to be honest. They have a great coach in Capello and a solid if unspectacular team with a quality spine in Rooney, Gerrard, Lampard and Terry (assuming all of them are fit). Their draw has been very kind, ourselves excluded, because It Is Written In The Stars that we will pump them (before losing to Algeria and Slovenia and crashing out). But they will not win it. They will lose on penalties in the final, when Dida saves from the weakest penalty Wayne Rooney has ever taken.
