I am not a sushi purist -- I love Dragon Rolls.

I wouldn't mind reading some coverage of what GM and Chrysler might actually do to save themselves, rather than just about Obama's decision to defenestrate Wagoner. Is there anything good out there?

No idea, but I am encouraged that the administration seems to actually be expecting GM and Chrysler to restructure and that they can't just expect to stay afloat on government money.

Dude, you've got to stay current with the lingo. You have to say "Obama's decision to throw Wagoner under the bus."

Wouldn't a Toyota be more appropriate?

I guess Camry or Accord would be more poetic, or even worse a Prius, but but much less satisfying from an imagery perspective. Although the Hummer would have the advantage of hoisting him on his own pitard, so to speak.

JFK's birthday: Why is this on my google "US Holidays" calendar? Do I get the day off from work?

Hadn't you heard? The VLWC is already disillusioned--Obama's presidency is a failure when viewed from the left *and* from the right. I read that on some blog.

I believe they wanted to celebrate his Chinese birthday (conception), you know, big-tent, but some DOJ wonks wisely decided to evaluate how that might impact on Roe-appeals, at least until he can fix the Supremes.
