ETA: I almost chastised myself for STP, but then I realized that Flinty posted lip synching to a different crappy song than the one I was thinking about. I immediately noticed the difference because in the I Want It That Way video they were wearing Yao Ming jerseys.

I recommend watching The Thirsty Traveler on Fine Living or some such station. There was an entire episode on ice wine. I also noticed they are now stocking it at local booze stores. Sounded crisp and clean from the show.
