And to bring a suit because you can't see the beans at Chipotle and everyone else can (!) is absolutely ridiculous.

But the fix in this case wouldn't put employees at risk.

I'm not worried about the employees, I'm worried about preserving the equivalent visual experience for the guy in the wheel chair--lower the counters and he's still not got the same angle, defeating the whole purpose of the ADA.

That and I'm worried about getting sick from all of the other customers coughing over the sneeze guard onto my burrito.

That said, if I were the coach and you met with me and the athletic director and said you planned on bringing a suit and making it very public (which might affect recruiting), I would either pay the rest of that money out of my own pocket or would arrange to get the kid the transcripts.

TM

the transcripts got fixed. I'm looking at a nuisance action to get money back for him.

i know the coach could say all that about the roster spot, but apparently there are a half dozen freshmen that heard the same thing, so we might have an answer.

the scholarship money "next year" is dead for statute of frauds, I guess, but the roster spot might have enough legs to get some money back.

I'm 6'11"- I have a much different angle than, say Ty.

And what about the obstructed view for the poor person stuck in line behind Added?

That or they've just lost their minds.

But you can ask for extra salsa when they don't put as much on! How can you judge the adequacy of your quick serve burrito w/o seeing it made?

Every generation thinks it invented sex. And there's always someone who figures he/she invented promiscuity, too. Linked solely because it contains perhaps the funniest and most effective Bronte allusion ever.

Short or tall is not considered a disability under the ADA--yet. In preparation for that, I'd suggest avoiding having any employees more than 1 sd above or below mean height.

Ooops. Turns out it was the state of Florida, not the city or county of LA. I apologize for having slandered the good people of LA.

Are you hatin' the Brontė allusion game, or the Brontė allusion playa?

Adder 07-28-2010 05:18 PM

So I picked up two young ladies this afternoon...

Only to drop them of five minutes later as they only wanted a ride down to the dock.
