That looks like a good option. We'll mostly do fish, chicken, and turkey, and probably a lot of eggplant, too. Most of the house doesn't eat beef or pork.

It just occurred to me that the plebeian vineyards Ty circles might have closed and packaged less box wine this last year. Ty, has your cardboard consumption drifted to zero? Can we all go to our local stores, buy a box and ship it to him?

It's chilton cheese in Gloucester. I seriously looked into going to it when I did my Festivals of Europe 2006 trip.
