I have a Masterbuilt 40 electric that I got for free. It’s pretty good. Not sure if you’re looking for more traditional. I’ve done chicken and it comes out spectacular but haven’t had time to do brisket.

That looks like a good option. We'll mostly do fish, chicken, and turkey, and probably a lot of eggplant, too. Most of the house doesn't eat beef or pork.

It just occurred to me that the plebeian vineyards Ty circles might have closed and packaged less box wine this last year. Ty, has your cardboard consumption drifted to zero? Can we all go to our local stores, buy a box and ship it to him?
