I'm attributing this one to the fact that I believe African Americans probably had a higher GPA than European Americans; actually, I know this was true, because the African American student body didn't include many of the idiot alumni children. I went to school during a capital fund raising drive.

Short sighted maybe. If they push that much more fat, their pool of customers might expand a little, but their existing pool will eat there more frequently. They will thus die earlier on average, consuming hundreds less meals. I really think you are the one over -simplifying. This is some tough math to figure out how much they want to speed up the ordering/delivery.
