So the ongoing problems of underprovision of broadband are directly traceable to your testimony?

I know we have no former bluechip prospects, but maybe we have a few former "hostesses?" so these girls fuck just to make sure the team gets better? if they're paid I can't imagine that wouldn't have come out before. anyone know what?

Since the grammar of this paragraph suggests it was translated from Japanese, may I suggest the comparison to Geisha?

You're always focused on the wrong thing. And didn't she already say she has excellent police response in her neighborhood? Her boyfriend wouldn't let her live anywhere else.

ncs lives in a VERY economically mixed area. The truth is that all of LA is underserved by the police force. I didn't feel particularly safer in my old neighborhood near West Hollywood, though there was much less gang activity there. Sketchy stuff happens everywhere in LA and criminals know that the police are likely to be slow to respond. 911 is, in fact, a joke. I actually am rather impressed that they managed to catch the guy as he fled in this case. Too much bad stuff goes unsolved. Property crimes are given almost no attention at all by the police because they are spread way too thin to handle it all.

Makes a person consider moving to Santa Monica. Just for the police force.

the confusion you feel is due to the elimination of acronyms to identify the boyfriend. people threw out the convention with no good alternative and now we all suffer.

No, thanks to my testimony and the resulting pressure brought by the city's legislators, minority-owned businesses in an underserved section of a major metropolitan city were able to engage in business using the internet, which enabled some of them to survive a significant change in their industry. (I am so glad I threw that little tidbit in there.)

To restate: I find it outrageous that neighborhoods lack adequate policing and paramedics and that the job of environmental justice needs to exist so some towns in metro areas can get water and electricity.

Chicago is half the area of LA (and almost one-third fewer people) and has 30% more cops. NYC is (not quite) 2/3 the area (and a little more than twice the people) and has 4 times the number of cops.

LA is ridiculously underpoliced, which partly underlies the theory of the more military approach of LAPD.

our poor neighborhoods just scored the lowest scores ever on school tests, so we've got a few steps to go before we worry about broadband. who provides broadband? isn't it providers of internet/phone services, and why do they resist serving clients?

Expectation of too few customers to make the expansion of infrastructure payoff. Why was the Rural Electric Administration necessary?
