High court

You know when a player goes flying into the first few rows of a normal court- no one usually gets hurt (at least since Rodman retired). I was thinking that I had never seen anyone go off a raised court- but if a player did people would tend to get hurt worse. it seems more dangerous for both fan and player. Anyone seen enough games there to know?

I've been to a few games there and I've always said exactly what you just said. But they'll never change it because it's now like a signature of Gopher basketball. It seems like an horrific knee injury waiting to happen.
I always wondered why the players in the NBA are forced to sit in those little chairs. Their locker rooms are ridiculous, but when they're sitting on the bench, they're forced to fold themselves up into those little ass chairs. I guess they're so big that giving them chairs more appropriate to their size would screw up sight-lines for some pretty expensive seats behind them.
