Ahh, as always, GWINK is my translator. Wait -- it was RP the last time -- OK, you guys are BOTH my translators.

We three... we happy three... (with big feet and short hair) ... we speak-a the same language.

Oh, right. Sorry about that. We happy five is what I meant to say.

Actual Fashion Question

I don't mean to hinder all of the same-sex sexiness that ABBA is fostering, but I have an actual fashion question:

I have a friend (yes, a friend) who is obese and who needs at least one, probably two suits. Where in the Bay Area would you send such a person to shop? Are suit separates acceptable in this situation? The person is male, and tailoring a suit with a six-inch drop will not solve the problem. I think we're talking XXXL and/or 19.5 inch neck, for the technically inclined on the board.

You may now resume your Angelina Jolie fantasies.
If he's looking for something servicable, as opposed to the height of fashion and quality, he might consider Rochester Big & Tall. I've had reports of good experiences with them (albeit mostly mail order) and they carry adequate separates such as Palm Beach. Couldn't tell you a thing about their SF store, though.

Yours,
Brother of Fat Joe

There is also a place called Repp Big and Tall who feature some designer names; Lauren, RocaWear, George Forman (?) which apparently just merged with casualwear.com.

And re: Angelina Jolie - you all can have her. She scares me. I don't think I could be in the same room with her without thinking...hm, she could snap at any minute.

I thought he either wore throwbacks or had his suits custom made.

His pants never fit anyway. But I have it on good authority that it doesn't affect him much because he doesn't dance. He just pulls up his pants and leans back. Leans back. Leans back. Leans back. You know, the Roca way.

I'm glad this thread got the 5k, and not the tailoring thread (no offense Jack).
