Bernie is underperforming his 2016 totals by big margins everywhere. It makes it harder to believe that his revolution is going to transform the general election. It's great for him that he won California, given the alternative, but he got only a third of the vote here, far less than Biden + Bloomberg.

The question now is whether Bernie kneecaps Biden by telling his voters Joe is just as bad as any other establishment R or D, which may cause them to stay home.

What’s a Venn of Bernie voters and #votebluenomatterwho look like?

I think Warren will be a good girl and endorse Joe soon. Not that it’s worth a whole lot.

I feel bad for the progressive kids. Bernie’s and Liz’s economic messages need more aggressive airing which Biden would never do. (His donors would lose their minds.) The over 45 bracket just told the kids to fuck off and enjoy their crappy futures at cost of propping up the old, particularly the boomers.

It's as much about whether Biden can find a way to bring them into the fold. Warren as VP?

Jesus Christ, I hope you don't have a daughter. I was trying to decide between Warren and Biden yesterday morning, and my daughter told me to vote for her. You just made me happier that I did.

They need to keep organizing at all levels. They are the future. And it's not like electing Bernie was going to magically overcome opposition to his platform in Congress.

They need to all get disappointed with Bernie sooner rather than later and then get over it. The sooner they realize he's an asshole who will just use them and discard them the better.

Liz, AOC, Julian Castro.... there are people out there who are much more the real deal, and they need to lead the progressive movement. If Gilly can land a cabinet job in the next administration (Agriculture?), I'd love to see AOC go for Senate.

Maybe we should add you to the list of people who need to be Bloomberged by Liz. It's a long list.

There are going to be some high scoring drinking games for the debates with those two. (Finger jab! Drink!)

I'm pretty sure it's in this area by now given the flyers up looking for epidemiologists to head over to Ft. Bend County for surveillance. It's probably in a lot of other areas that haven't yet been reported. We will have a better sense in the next few weeks. But yeah, a lot of elderly people are going to die here, and a lot more are going to get really, really sick.

All of the other candidates quit and endorsed Joe. And they were good little boys and girls in doing so. Bernie will be a good little boy and endorse Joe when he quits. Warren is not a boy. When she eats her peas like the other good little boys and girls who ran and endorses Joe, she will be one of the good little girls to have done so. Along with Klobuchar.

If you’ve info on Warren’s gender that renders a female characterization misplaced, please share.

Unless, of course, you subscribe to the notion that calling her a good little girl is automatically sexist. If that's a case, it's quite shocking you'd fail to note my use of "little" as well. This is clearly insensitivity to the height challenged. And as I've now called Pete and Bloomberg good little boys, don't forget misandry, and to the extent "little" may be a slight based on age, I should also be flagged for ageism.

I like Warren. I've written fawning things about her at length here. But she's going to be arm twisted, and I think she'll be promised something, and I suspect that she'll take the bargain. They all be good little soldiers in the end. Because the Establishment has Struck Back. You'll get behind Joe, dammit, or you'll be in exile.

Liz and Castro I'll grant you. And AOC down the road. But she's a bit green at the moment.

There's also the risk that Wall Street will destroy or buy off AOC before she gets to the senate. Oddly, I think she's buyable.

"You son's a crackhead, and lives in a house on Mulholland rented for $12k a week with Burisma money."

"Your money comes from Russia!"

"Hunter was sleeping with your other son's widow a few months after Beau died. How sick is your family?"

"None of them sleep with porn stars."

"Hunter sleeps with wanna be porn stars. He got a stripper pregnant in Arkansas."

"Let's talk about your Deutsche Bank loans..."

"Let's talk about your brother's consulting income."

"You should have been convicted in impeachment."

"But I wasn't."

"You hair is obscene."

"Oh really? You're saying that with those plugs?"

And on and on and on. It will be more painful than the W vs. Kerry debates, which I still say were the height of embarrassment and painfulness.

None of us believes what you are trying to do here, not even you. Try to have a little self-respect.

I’m not trying to do anything. I mean exactly what I wrote.

You never understand that. I don’t give a fuck about what you read into things. I was stating a fact. When pressed, Liz will be a good little girl and do what she is supposed to do, just like Pete and Mike we’re good little boys.

If you are a hyper sensitive person who has problems with that phrasing here’s another phrase you may consider: I don’t care.

That’s actually a sentence. But you get the gist.

“Beliefs?” Hello, the 70s called, wants their ethos back. No one in the know today can afford to believe. You want to make it you got to think what you want as what you believe. Look how Trump does it. Do you think any one making policy “believes?” Of course not, and you, me, we can hardly afford to believe when the puppet masters don’t.

You sound like those pathetic middle managers I see at cocktail parties talking about what bothers them in the political discourse. What they, and you, should do is act like the political statements are what you want them to be. Hell tell others the take you want to be true. Beliefs, what are you, twelve?

Every piece of small lies I pick up
Every piece of cracked facts I eat up
Barely I escape from the fairy tale closed down
Looking up the sphere I'm still not sure
Shiny shadow shows me signals
I wipe them out
