The only show advertised that I have a passing interest in watching on a (gasp) national network is Arrested Development. Did anyone catch the premiere this week (I think someone might have mentioned it yesterday but I was seriously skimming)? It is a problem that it is on and the same time as Sunday night football, but that issue only exists if there is actually a game worth watching...

And paigs, I agree re: most regular tv - unwatchable. I'm over the major network reality tv, but Mtv still has me in its clutches (and likely always will).

no. although there is another Curb Your Enthusiam coming at some point, that is only .5 hrs per week. Sopranos starts with new shows in March, but that's a long way off TV-habit wise, plus is anyone really sure that Sopranos will be good ever again*?

Reno 911 is okay, but only.

Go to a non-chain video store and buy the DVD "Fishing With John." this will give you about 8 hours of John Lurie fishing with off-beat actors. It sounds dumb, but was a very good cable TV show about 6 or 7 years ago.

Has anyone seen this? It seems to have taken over one station (much like Law & Order, which has taken over two stations) and is always on. It is accident-like. I get sucked into it just waiting for something, anything, to happen. It never does. Anyone know what this show is all about?

ALl I did was post who I thought was "good looking" in response to Coltraine's criticism that I couldnt possibly think there is a good looking woman wo being jealous or some SDesque variation of. Actually it is an interesting thing, I have found Acura over all to be very pleasant to deal with. The RSX is hardly an expensive car, but they treat you pretty much as if you bought the top of the line regardless of which one you bought. I suppose because they hope you will buy the top of the line some day.

Oh, also related to nothing, I'm addicted to this stupid rocket mania game.

Watch Kid Notorious on Comedy Central. Tonight is the third episode and the show is a kick.

South Park is still genius. Last week, they skewered the music industry when Cartman decided to start his own Christian rock group Faith + 1. He yells at Token (the black character) who is suddenly the bass player: "Token, you're black, of course you can play bass." Token does and has a look of such horror on his face we had to rewind and watch it again and again.

We are also watching Playmakers.
