I am, boc.

I have long been a fan of its unique blend of serious and care free theatrical exhibitions....the puppets al fresco......the masques, as well as the lyrical poets and spoken word speakers.

And the raisin oat loaf that is served is the finest in the land.

Would you have expected any less PLF?

What do you have against self-checkout? It's a fabulous invention!

Burleson told cops the pair were "just attempting to dry their clothes" in the laundry room. According to the below Madison Police Department report, a building resident told officers that the lawyers were spotted doing a "strip tease." "

We heartlanders don't claim Madison, e/o. Talk about your last remaining bastions of communism. Weird place.

Huh. Sounds like Austin. Tell me, e/o, is Austin part of Texas?

There's a joke about tcb'ing in there someplace, but it probably needs Bilmore to be revealed.

Ew. I would never tcb. That's just gross. Pervert.

What I have against self-checkout, I have against Home Despot in particular. Until you have attempted to scan a dusty and torn fifty pound bag of posthole mix because they've understaffed the manned checkout lines, you know not true rage. You will say to yourself, "Why the fuck am I paying these people?"

If all you're buying is a bag of screws anyway, I guarantee there's a better deal somewhere else.

There was a thread in the Technology forum for HD bashing. Here it is.

I knew you were, mbs.

And no, I would not have expected any less. Indeed, if anything, I would have expected more.

Apropos of none of this, or perhaps apropos in ways I have yet to understand, this evening, at precisely 10:00 p.m. CST, I will raise a glass and silently toast to The Daintiest Petunia, who lives on in my heart.

I had a client whose daughter was crushed to death by an object falling from their shelves*, but my biggest beef is the chronic lack of checkout staffing. That and there are plenty of employees wandering around aimlessly, but inevitably none work in the department in which I need assistance.

-TL

* This was not my case. I only wish. Except I don't do PI. But I could learn for a case like that.

ah. i don't go there. I kinda like self-checkout at the grocery store.

One of the reasons the search engine has had problems is the size of the first fashion thread. So we can't let another one get that big. I think probably what we will do is create a new one each month.

It gets boring having the same person start the thread however. So if someone wants to volunteer to start a new thread, I'll be happy to give you the ability to do so briefly. First volunteer gets it.
