Barefoot
 
I didn't go into work yesterday. After realizing that both pairs of running shoes were at the office, I decided to go barefoot. A little sore in the calves and butt, but not too bad (although tomorrow may be worse). Granted, I only ran in the grass.

AON, a few weeks ago I watched a made-for-cable movie starring Deborah Gibson and a different, yet eerily similar, made-for-cable movie starring Tiffany. Deborah Gibson has aged better. She is also a marginally better actress, although that's like saying that Boones farm "wine" is marginally better than Mad Dog 20/20.

i just don't see that anywhere but a groomed running path- the city has rocks and glass and pieces of metal.
