in the early 70s my rents watched this show called "Love american Style." it was a half hour with three light comedic stories.

the only one I remember is where this guy has a real hardon for the centerfold in some magazine that supposed to be Playboy, but is called something else. Anyhoo, he sets out to meet her- now the story is that even before he meets her there is no mystery about her since he has seen basically everything*. then he meets her and, first date, she greets him at the door naked. it's insane, the guy is loving it BUT he realizes she wore gloves the whole "date". she won't take them off- she says that is what she is saving for marriage- he goes back to the Playboy phoots and, sure enough, you cannot see hands at all.

anyway, he marries her cuz he cannot stand not seeing her hands**. I can't remember if the hands lived up to his expectations or not. I don't believe she had hands like thurgreed's girl, as that would have been a night gallery.

*although, given early 70s Playboy, he had not seen pink.
** and, legal question, I don't know why he didn't just rip her gloves off. that's not even a crime, right?

I'm fairly certain I did. And this sure as hell ain't the only example of my superficiality. Isn't that partly why I was chosen in the first place?

I don't believe that has ever stopped anyone from fucking me.

It may have stopped someone from embarking on a relationship with me -- I don't know. I doubt it -- webbed toes are the least of my issues.
