Did he do it on purpose to make sure he can walk next year because he can't win in Cleveland? Is he not a true leader? Hate and anger that all seems tied to a preemptive strike by Cleveland fans so their hearts aren't broke if he leaves.

I tend to think this is all bullshit. Guy had a bad game. Sometimes that happens. I wonder if, when he wasn't playing well, he wanted to see if his teammates could do anything at all without him. Not in a "I'm going to sit this one out way," but more in a "let me pass the ball around since I'm not hitting and see if what we got." Of course he realized the Cavs are a 50 loss team (probably worse than the Knicks) without him. And that realization makes me believe he's leaving Cleveland (and not necessarily for NY). Thoughts?

2. Is anyone else as annoyed with these new Volkswagen commercials as me? You don't get to punch someone whenever a frickin' Volkswagen goes by. It's called "Punch Buggy" for a reason. If I were going to buy one, this ad campaign would keep me from doing so.

I hate all Volkswagen commercials.

I also hate that they don't make more diesel models to sell in the US. Why only the Jetta and the minivan thing? Why, VW, why??

If I were going to buy a car based solely on ad campaign, I'd be all over the Kia Sorento. Unfortunately for Kia, I won't buy a car based solely on ad campaign. Though I love it.

My post had nothing to do with your other than that Sidd was responding to you. Are you entirely certain you know what a whiff is?

You like that ad? I find the red dildo very disturbing.

The monkey getting the Mom tattoo? The robot doing the robot? I love that campaign. It still hasn't gotten old for me and it's been on for quite a while now.

I do know what a whiff was every day when I awake, but then you keep creating new variants. If you did that with roses I could get you patents.

yes, I've been there,

I've heard Graceland is similar in size to a typical McMansion, tho I've always pictured it as much larger. Which is it?

The former.

The more impressive thing is the trinket community that's set up camp just outside of Graceland. It's probably the world's highest concentration of velvet-based art.

I like bits and peices of it, but when the giant red dildo turns into a child's toy... I just can't get past that.

The strange thing was his performance was so out of character. He knows when his jump shot is broken that he should just drive and he almost always does. He's almost guaranteed to score or get fouled and he can choose to kick it to one of 3 open guys on his team whenever he has the ball. These guys can't do anything without him.

He wouldn't have gone so hard in the regular season only to give up during Game 5 against a team he knows he can beat. It's a ridiculous argument. But at least he knows exactly how Cleveland fans feel about him now.

TM

Someone (Simmons?) pointed out that Cleveland played Shaq so much in Game 5 that the middle was clogged for LeBron.

I like the ad where the young business guy has been entertaining some big wigs, and things obviously went very well, and he is driving them to the airport, and the old conservative big wig wants to check the scores and reaches for the radio, and death metal comes blasting out of the radio. It reminds me of a younger me, if I had ever listened to death metal when I was younger. Or entertained big wigs, or driven said big wigs around in my car.

Apparently the ad features a band called Diecast, and the song is called "Rise and Oppose." Oh, the delicious irony!

You seem to have a bit of a fixation. Apparently that toy is part of a Nick Jr. show -- Yo Gabba Gabba. Looks, uh, fascinating.
