I wished you live here. You are in Boston right? I would totally learn bridge with you, and I live to play Hearts. And we could watch tennis matches together.

I'll read Playboy cover to cover. It's too tame to be a TCB magazine. Oddly enough, I'll only look at the pictures in Maxim, Stuff and FHM, b/c they are also unreadable.

In order to be a sexy lady, you ahve to be a classy lady. But you dont have to be sexy to be a classy lady. Not only am I both a sexy lady and a classy lady, I am also an amazing lady. Its a wonder I am still single.

Nice response. E/O, I may have made some comment about her being jealous of your diamond-hard nips, but you are far classier than I.

Paigow does get points for the "fratboy, please" intro, though. All in all, I'd say kudos all round.

Nice Friday run-thru, people -- now let's remember to bring it tomorrow when it counts.

First off, csquared, the ultimate sexy and classy lady, is the one with the diamond hard nips. you know, the kind you can hang towels off of. I dont think EO has discussed her nips or any of her other fabulous assets here. lets give credit where its due.

which makes me think, its kind of unclassy to tout your diamond hard nips to a roomful of internet people you may or may not know. and you ave to be classy to be sexy. so now I dont know if csquared , I mean cdeuced, is a sexy and classy lady. Nah, of course she is, she just had an off day. usually she is way more subtle about these things.

Hell, I don't know. I'm just assuming over here. But imagine sitting in the same women's shoe store on two different occassions. The second time, the convo would go like this:

Twin 2: "Do you like these, these, those, these, these or these? Because these go well with my fall stuff, but those go better with black. And these can be worn in more than one season. But those transition from work to play with no problem. But these..."

You: "You want the black sling backs."

Twin 2: "How do you know? I really like those, but we haven't even gotten started yet."

You: "Trust me."

And then she'll go through the whole thing anyway and you'll be sticking those pumps in your fucking eyes, Single White Female style.

If I had diamond hard nips, I would talk about them. That is something to shout to the world about, like the ability to fart with your pussy or give a blow job while standing on your head or something like that. Although not so classy, is vital information that should be shared.

See, that was my point* -- you compared her to c2ed, so my "if I were e/o" response was to tie it into another of your comments regarding c2ed. I hate it when what I think is an oh-so-amusing post results in a "huh?"

Akk, I was on a conference call at home when I got news that my uncle had died. Of course, we got rid of call waiting 4 years ago on grounds of rudeness, and no one apparently thought of having the operator cut into my call or try my moble, so after 4 1/2 hours of trying (it was a long conf call) my parents called a friend down the street who walked over to tell my husband, who in turn had to tell me.

Not only did it freak out me, it freaked out everyone else on the call. I didn't react well. He was one of my favorite relatives.

I would second these, though I haven't actually read the majority of them. Particularly interesting about these books are the facts that (i) the heroine is not particularly bright, and (ii) is really inappropriately sexually obsessed with her husband. Makes for some very amusing reading indeed.

I am keeping one eye open for (i) the next Wheel of Time entry by Robert Jordan, and (ii) any additional Gunslinger books by S. King.

I am always fond of short story collections, actually. Good way to locate likely sources of interesting stuff.

Same with GQ. Johnny Knoxville is on the cover. Johnny Knoxville seems like a nice enough guy, and Jackass is entertaining enough at pinchhit time, but does he merit the cover of GQ? The articles have been dumbed down enough for the average Sigma Nu elephant walker to read while beer bonging Bacardi coolers. Instead of being a market leader, it chases magazines like Stuff and FHM towards the least common denominator. This is the strategy has that more or less killed Esquire. The only thing remaining in GQ worth reading consistently is the Style Guy, and even he has been slipping (how many columns do you need warning the high school punching bag that the swirly resulting from making fun of kids who shop at Wal Mart is not stylish?).

Vanity Fair remains good cover to cover. Juice has good band interviews for the aged. Us is my guilty pleasure.
