I agree with everything on that list except: (1) Stuart Scott should be the number one thing everyone hates, (2) they have forgotten how annoying Keith Olbermann became before he left and apparently have romanticized their memory of him (he was good at first, but the "they're not gonna get 'em -- got 'em/beaten like a rented mule/a poor craftsman blames his tools" crap was absolutely tiresome way before he left) and (3) Linda Cohn (deathstrike: my foot up her ass).
