cf Thurgreed and i actually are both decent basketball players, yet neither of us could do anything on a court full of NBA benchwarmers. instead, consider, when I met the woman who became my wife, she smoked a pack a day. she started to "jog", and in her first race she shuffled along for 5K. she threw up (true story) as she crossed the finish line at 33 minutes. Later she got to be in "top shape" but there you go. I'm not sure what a 15 minute mile running looks like, but I do agree with you that doing it is better than not doing it. |
Ireland
I'm planning a trip to Ireland. Anyone have recommendations?

A little late to this particular party, but this call of Donovan's goal is pretty awesome.
