Yes. They're all entirely comphehensible. How could I have missed your point?
Yogurt has nothing to do with it. The point is knowledge about the nutritional content of food. I can't believe you think people shouldn't figure out what's in the food they're eating. Obviously they should, so they can figure out whether a particular food should be eaten frequently or less frequently. If frozen yogurt had 50 calories, I'd damn sure eat more of it than if it had 500 calories. I'm sure, after I posted the nutrition info about baja, you went out and had two burritos for lunch.

My burrito consumption has not changed at all. Its about two to four a week as it always has been. Five on a good week. However now I say to myself, Mmmmmm a delicious 900 calorie burrito, thanks burger ! every time. But if I had guilt over burritos, I would probably eat less. I dont bc they are comprised of protein (beans and rice) veggies and salsa and "easy on the cheese" bc too much cheese is gnarly. Oh, and there is a flour tortilla for energy. Quite frankly, I dont think they are unhealhty. I am not discussing the chips.

Yes. It's that simple. We should all eat soylent green, and not bother with variety.

Right, bc that is exactly what I am recommending.

People are fat because they consume more calories than they burn. [True} How many calories they burn is a combination of genes [not so much] and activity level [true]. How many calories they consume is a decision they make [true]. Why shouldn't that decision be informed by more than "it tastes good" and "me want food" [It usually is but me want food trumps. THat bogus McD lawsuit aside, do you think fatties dont know french fies are starchy fatty empty calories? this is like saying smokers dont know cigs cause lung cancer. ignorant generatlization]

Because I cant work with the bold edit hassle thing, read my comments in the brackets if you were gonna skip the burger quote bc you already read it.

And to answer your question: of course you're not fat. You once were chubby, probably in HS [not quite], had an eating disorder [if you mean being obsessed by counting calories like you, yes- it was tiresome], learned to control your caloric intake by not eating at all [nope, i get hungry], smoking a lot[sorta but I never smoked more than five cigs a day unless drinking and i am usually heavier when smoking bc i dont work out], drinking a lot [this causes weight loss????? the closest thing to truth this staement holds is that if I drink heavily I dont eat bc eating is cheating] , or induced vomiting (or a combination)[of course!], and liked the feeling of control over your body that you gained [i am always in control of my body which is nice]. Now that you have that control, you think that it should be easy for everyone else. Classic.

The thing I hate about fatties is they take up precious sidewalk space. Ditto umbrellas and double ditto the dread combination of the two. I also hate when they stand on the left side of the metro escalator or drive excessively the three blocks to the fast food emporrum bc its more annoying traffic clogging the crosswalks. And the honking! I hate mc donalds bc of the rainforest issues, the poor animals that are eaten en masse and the littering tendencies of its clientele. Otherwise, I dont give a flying fuck. I think my oeuvre of posts has demonstrated this more than people have cared to read. You are clearly conflating my posts with the fatist stuff expressed here today. Fat people make me look good. not quite
