Yes, it's me that's defining words to mean what they don't.

Closest thing to angel porn is the theory that giants in the OT were the spawn of angel fathers and human mothers. The angels all seem to be dudes so the better question is whether they have 6-packs or are otherwise packing.

And creating links to support his points that don't.

But you have to get down to the 3rd or 4th definition to include angels or even Satan. So I still think you don't understand polytheism.

Or, you know, the second.

I understand that you and most Christians do not believe yourselves to be polytheists. But to the extent that you or they believe that there is a Satan who has super natural powers and who acts on the world, that is, objectively, polytheistic. Especially if you or they believe that Satan has worshipers in his thrall. It's the belief in more than one god.

Of course, many a Hindu simultaneously believes in just one and in many Gods.

You seem to confuse the concept of God, the supreme being, with god or supernatural being. When God says Thou shalt have no other gods, why do you think She didn't just say, There aren't any others?

No, I'm not confusing anything. You're just regurgitating dogma which I've already stipulates makes a distinction without a difference.

And you are denying that you are a polytheist?

Justified but perhaps not wise. In Libya, there was a rebel force that controlled a significant sized city and could be significantly aided by using NATO as it's air force.

Are there those things on the ground in Syria? I had thought no, which would seem to rule out the Libya-style involvement.

What other options have we?

I really couldn't care less what you call me, especially given how poorly you understand me.

There is a widespread and well organized opposition, but also a stronger government/military organization. Requires a lot of precision and focus, which we displayed in Tripoli.

Indeed I must significantly misunderstand you as I'm quite surprised that you believe in a Satan that does evil in the world, or so this discussion would suggest.

I've never thought numbering the divine to make much sense once you posit an omnipresent and omnipotent God.

I believe Ahab shows more signs of the Satanic than Moby Dick. Really, focus in on "The Candles" chapter, that's where it really comes out.

This also helped me understand his confusion between Satan and God and which once is in charge. Thanks!

Seriously, you don't understand polytheism. The belief that there are more than one type of being that are "supernatural" compared to humans doesn't make one a polytheist if you don't believe they are/worship them as gods -- particularly if you believe they are less than and created by God.

I understand the confusion some non-Westerners might have about the Trinity and thinking that Christians somehow have 3 gods, but you don't have that excuse so I just have to call it ignorance.
