With the Twins, you never know when they are going to find a Rule 5 guy (Santana) or trade a journeyman catcher (Nathan and Lirano), or a second basemand (Eric Milton) or veteran star (Tapani and Aguilera). Or, unfortunately, trade a stud pitcher for a backup outfielder (Gomez). But yeah, it's a crap shoot.

Who are the Sox from Venezuela? Freddy and, of course, Ozzie.

Cu-cu-ca-choo!

I'm facing a facebook friend dilemna. I've been friended by THE asshole in my high school class of 35 people. I suffered 4 years of often racist harangues, physical threats, and occassional acts of violence (he threw me over a couple rows of chairs in the middle of class in a political argument). But now he friends me?

How long am I entitled to hold a grudge?

Forever.

I got a friend request from a similar guy (although without the physical threats and acts of violence -I was bigger than him, although he was crazier), but being not very good at saying no, accepted. He is now on ignore.

I'm not sure you can compare then to now. Maybe ask Flower if people's attitudes have changed about this topic since way back then?

Serious Question.

GWNC, is this what your boxing class is like?

Where's your dilemma? Tell him to fuck off.

Any client potential? In the alternative what is the SoL on intentional infliction of emotional distress?

That's fair. Perhaps cultural norms have changed so much that what was considered a baseball player in Minnesota in 1989 would be considered a serial flasher in western North Dakota today. Hrbek would be lucky to get away with 12 months in county lockup, if he were a free agent this year.

If he could be sentenced to that by Judge Herman thomas he might be able to get even luckier

Ouch!l

I doubt there is client potential, though his page claims he is now running his own technology company in Tennessee.

I am sure his view is that my continued reference to him as a "fucking racist cracker" justified everything, but, then, he was, quite overtly, a fucking racist cracker.

Yeh, actually, the more I think about, the more I wish I could respond not by clicking "ignore" but "fuck off" - can we ask facebook to get a "fuck off" button?

Can't you friend him and then post a "fuck you racist cracker" message to his facebook and then, shortly thereafter de-friend him? Seems like that might be an even better "fuck you" strategy.
