That lance didn't get caught was a testament to the effourts of the maskers to preserve his brand.

He'll never come clean and i don't blame him, but anyone who suffers the delusion that he was any cleaner than landis, or virenque or patani et al, is delusional.

I literally lined up against the 1998 Australian national champ in the 5k the one time they seeded me so I was in the elite corral. God knows why. He beat me by over 6 minutes. In an 8k.

Back in the day when there was no seeding/corralling at the Chi Marathon, I lined up at the front, with the pros and hung off at the back of the lead women through 6ish. That strategy did not work out so good for me in the long run......:(

I once ran off the front at Duathlon and hung with Kenny Souza through the first transition....but I probably could have gone "b" level pro in that sport.....:)

another installment...

. . . of lessons learned by RT so you don't have to.

Avoid Google's home page today. And for the love of useful time, whatever you do, do NOT click on the logo. An hour or so will miraculously disappear if you do.

ETA: also, avoid the Nike World Cup commercials on YouTube. Too, productivity destroyers...

You are just evil. I saw the Google logo but didn't click on it because I thought it would just state the obvious occasion. Now I have to avoid Google!
