It depends...How much do you like the restaurant that you won't get to go to any more if you end up hating each other because she will instruct the waitstaff to spit in your soup?

I don't like the restaurant at all. The only times I have been there were for after-work drinks.

If she's hot and she can hold a conversation, fuck her. If she's just hot, then fuck her at her place and then leave early. If she's not hot, then get drunk and fuck her, but only if she promises you free drinks at the work bar.

But why would you be worried about being seen by a coworker? It's not like you were pole-dancing with ABBA.

ABBA was not there, that I know of, but I did dance. This is something I'd rather not do in front of people I have to deal with professionally.
