Back on Seinfeld, though. I know the Manhattanites will tell me that yes, Virginia, there is a Soup Nazi, the Haight here in S.F. had its own colorful character that did basically the same thing with martinis. He died, I think. Probably of meanness.

I always thought it was a compensation thing. Trucks and sportscars grouped together on that one. However maybe you could convince someone that the Suburban is great for carrying around your huge erection that would not fit in a smaller vehicle. (not me though)

And another thing -- anybody who comes off poorly in an interview with Jon Stewart qualifies as a tool. Jon is charming and easygoing and asks intelligent questions that give his guests an opportunity to shine, and even he couldn't bring out anything interesting in Hemmer.

I will also note (tho this is outable b/c I've told this story some) that I recently traveled and my flip flops (!) made the metal sensor go off. They were the only metal on my body ([insert joke about clit piercing here]). So, anyway, I had to go through the screening and as I sat there talking to the 60 year old woman who was wanding me, I said how surprised I was that my flip flops beeped. She told me very matter-of-factly that allSketchers have metal in them. Live and learn.

Now I just always take my shoes off. Saves a step.
