Spose you've done nothing wrong your whole life. Paid your taxes, drive the speed limit, drink responsibly. You have a couple of guns in the house cuz it's your right. One night Chief Wiggums and his jack booted minions, mistakenly believing your beautiful suburban abode at 123 Lilac Lane to actually be 132 Lilac Lane, a notorious house of illicit flag burners run by some gay marriage activists, burst into your house without knocking or announcing. Believing your home to be invaded, you blast a couple of caps in Wiggums, who succumbs. Are you facing the needle for killing a cop?

Discuss.
Yes.

Yea, to bad, so sad about that dude. Even worse, sometimes you don't even have a kill a copper or noone and the state and the imperially out of control judiciary will conspire to kill you.

In our culture of death, judicially sanctioned murder is apparently acceptable and Terri's actual death, more so than Maye's theoretical case, proves it. Terri's fight for her right to life is overshadowed only by the genocide our tyrannical judiciary has inflicted upon our children by the abomination of abortion. The murder of thousands of feti and the execution of Terri Schiavo were State ordered killings.

This abuse of our system MUST be roundly condemned and stopped by the free patriots of these once great United States regardless of what crimes renegade liberal judges and politicians inflict on us.

What part of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" don't the the liberals understand?

Thank god for the second amendment as it is the only thing standing between us and radical islamic communism!!!

Erin is a tall, well built, attractive, nordic blond female (if she had a sex change operation it was one hell of a surgery) but nuttier than a fruit cake.

Terri Schiavo was attractive and well built too. Let's hope the government doesn't order the killing of your friend Erin too.

How could you exchange such an insightful, well written and humourous magazine for such tripe. Shame on you.

I said I thought it was a mistake to repeal the Estate tax but that was before the Economist article came out. As usual me and the Economist were on the same page.

But if you follow the logic that tax policy should have the goal of interfering with economic growth as little as possible, then the Estate Tax should be one of the last taxes to go.

Give it time, my man. People are shit scared of a tax increase, and that's the Dems' stereotypical response to everything.

He who raises taxes next spends a decade in the political desert.
