I suggest they don't announce that she is going "ghost," booby trap her house, and send out other decoys to snare the homicidal wackos.

But would it violate them more, or less, than rendition?

Also, if the traps were cartoon-style cargo nets, would it be okay to then send them to Syria on John Henry's jet?

In Penske-land, speaking sternly to a fool violates their rights.

Government "action" to chill speech/first amendment rights, yes.

Shouldn't the al qaeda dot, whatever its size, be partly in the big-circle overlap? Or can we just shut down DHS?

There are alQaeda members *legally* in the USA? If someone is here illegally, do they become a hyphenated American*, or is that reserved for legal residents?

*excluding Anti-American hyphenated Americans, who are not members of other hyphenated American groups.

Would this be per person or per family? Say I was married, but got divorced and my kids all became emancipated minours......$100K each? Is Turkey a muslim country?

DHS is all that stands between a free USA and that little dot migrating into our circle and blowing up.

You're on the right track here. Istanbul is great. Although I recommend not sleeping too close to a mosque if you are a light sleeper and don't want to be awakened early in the morning.

On the other hand, if you are jet lagged, sleeping in, and hear the second call to prayer, you really want to get out of bed.

So, if he gets parole, he gets to stay in the USA? He can apply for citizenship, having established legal residency for a sufficient period? Cite, please.

can i get $50,000 to move them for France?

And I call bullshit on 10,000 al quedaiers.

20,000 went through Afghan terror camps alone while Bill Clinton was doing his massive efforts to root them out and keep the budget balanced. Unless maybe alot of them were elder hostel and retired now?

The correct answer is, because it is a nation incapable of removing a fallen street sign from somewhere near penske's house. A nation incapable of providing such basic services is no nation at all.

Is this census done through door-to-door interviews or statistical sampling? If the latter, I hear that sampling methods tend to over count minority populations, so you might have a data issue.

You don't think any happened in the interim that might have killed some? Or you expect that new recruits have made up the difference.

Either way, this is quite a damning indictment of the Bush-era war on terror.

You do realize that, for all the other faults, this would never happen in Cook County, as some industrious fellow would know a scrap metal dealer who wasn't too concerned about the appropriation of abandoned municipal property.

I am beginning to get a feel for how much the Pac NW hates American freedom.

Al Qaeda is a network, not an organization, so it depends on how you count. If you're looking at core members of the al Qaeda hierarchy, people who are truly "al Qaeda", I'll bet the number is smaller. If you're looking at everyone affiliated with any entity with al Qaeda ties, I'll bet its up into several hundreds of thousands. And if you're looking at anyone who subscribes to radical Islam, the number is in the millions.

Of course, if you want the other side of the equation for the book burners, and are going to include everyone who cheers on the idiots, you've got to include most of Rush Limbaugh's viewership, and you'll probably be in the millions before you're out of Florida.

I don't know, there were significant stretches in the far west of your state when I couldn't even get an NPR station, and had to resort to listening to Glenn Beck and/or some even crazier person named Monica Crowley, who informed me that the closing of the last light bulb factory, like banning DDT, was yet another example of the "unintended" consequences of stupid liberal policies.
