I suggest we all publicly burn a Koran, the real one, in Arabic, in solidarity, to deflect their attention and confuse. Assuming this is a fringe element, they can't kill all of us, can they?
I suggest they don't announce that she is going "ghost," booby trap her house, and send out other decoys to snare the homicidal wackos.

But would it violate them more, or less, than rendition?

Also, if the traps were cartoon-style cargo nets, would it be okay to then send them to Syria on John Henry's jet?

In Penske-land, speaking sternly to a fool violates their rights.

Government "action" to chill speech/first amendment rights, yes.

"congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech"

I am a Hugo Black aboslutionist and think you are off-base here.

Shouldn't the al qaeda dot, whatever its size, be partly in the big-circle overlap? Or can we just shut down DHS?

There are alQaeda members *legally* in the USA? If someone is here illegally, do they become a hyphenated American*, or is that reserved for legal residents?

*excluding Anti-American hyphenated Americans, who are not members of other hyphenated American groups.

But the the first amendment is dead,

Yes, exactly, but I blame Petraeus and the rest of his pals who ganged up on the Qu'r'an burner dude.

3. Offer Muslim families $100K to return to the Muslim country of their choice.
Would this be per person or per family? Say I was married, but got divorced and my kids all became emancipated minours......$100K each? Is Turkey a muslim country?
