Yeah; it's called a bathroom sink.
My idiot cat refuses to drink still water (at least when I'm around) so I have to turn the faucet to a slow drip on demand**. Then the other cat decided she had to drink from the faucet too.
I've considered getting one of the fountains. If you get one, let me know how your pets like it.
