Yes, that is the ticket. The number of beers I have had has nothing to do with it.
FWIW, I once met a girl at a rock club on a night when I went out by myself. Back in the day. She was tall, maybe 5'11", blonde, statuesque and willing. Her tits were an instant focal point.
