Thank you Wonk
So, we had the maiden voyage of the new smoker last night, and it was a huge success. We made the Provencal Lamb Chops with Herbed White Beans from "Sublime Smoke" by Cheryl and Bill Jamison (which purports to provide lighter and healthier smoker recipes, even though I'm not sure this one qualified). It was wonderful. If anyone would be interested in the recipe, I am happy to post it, although I'm not sure who out there has a smoker other than Wonk.
Fugee, that cake sounds wonderful!
