Maybe heat them on the stove together and then put ice in the inside one? Expands the outside and shrinks the inside. Enough to get them loose if you're lucky. It may help to park them sideways.

That's sorta what they suggest for stuck glasses. Couldn't hurt to try.
Or try holding the pots sideways and kinda banging them on the side on a hard surface and see if that jostles them enough to break the seal that is holding them together.
I thought there would be something on the internet about this but either my search terms were lousy or Google didn't pick anything up.
