It's only 3 oz of cream cheese compared to 15 oz of ricotta and the texture is much lighter than cheesecake. I've only made that one exactly as the recipe. The filling is thin so use the miniature chips not the regular size ones. But I like the combination of orange and chocolate chips so that should be tasty.
This recipe (measurements in grams) has a filling with ricotta, chocolate, orange zest, and hazelnuts so it looks like the combination works.
