I wear cycling gloves so unclean hands are not a problem, and in the event I am caught without tp on a ride and need to use my hands, I just toss the gloves to the side of the road after the wipe. I assume a race marshall will be by to pick them up.......
having said all of that, you make a fare point of equitability and for that I find another reason to salute you. As always, my bidet is your bidet so that you may never be with unclean hands......
