Other than the part where you disagreed, I agree with you.

I got your point the first time. It's just such a ridiculous conclusion to draw (I had friends who weren't stupid in HS who spout TP bullshit now, so there must be more going on) that it actually amounts to a post with no substance. I wanted to point that out.

well do you think the general public has decreased in IQ, or do you think the TP encourages people who were once smart enough to realize they're stupid and would shut up, to start speaking up?

the John Wayne clip I posted, a woman who I thought was pretty smart posted that as if it was something wise to share. lots of other are doing similar posts on their public facebooks. it shocks me.

most of the people i'm "friends" with from my high school post "I love Jesus" shit.

now I"m from a backward lower class town, so maybe I just know a higher percentage of the truly nuts, but i always thought I had filtered that out.

anyhoo, I"m shocked and confused about some of the people who buy into whatever the TP message is. i thought that had some value in the discussion of "whose party has ore stupid voters", because the fact that perhaps some of the people aren't stupid, might impact the question.

in sum, I do feel that it added at least the value of the average PB post.
