First, I think you need an "(R)" after Penske-certifiable idiots. He is very keen on enforcing his IP rights.
Then, I believe Penske has actually certified some of these as idiots, so they are not just "Penske Certifiable (R) idiots" but "Penske Certified (R) Idiots". Penske, please correct me if I am wrong there.
