Been in a proxy war lately? Carl Icahn bought a bunch of that stock years ago and promptly dumped it a month later, after discovering how utterly fucked the company was. See also: Kirk Kerkorian.
Blaming shareholders is silly. Their only crime was staying in that hopeless piece of shit as long as they did.
