Looks like cutting federal, state and local budgets means that people lose their jobs, which drives up the unemployment rate. Who could have guessed?
Hopefully one of the Republican candidates has a plan to turn up the Jesus and tax cuts to 11, because that's surely the answer.

well I cant speak for everyone but if I felt I could count on HCR being found unconstitutional, or otherwise repealed, I would feel comfortable hiring another 100 workers. Right now though, things are too much up in the air.
