Speaking of cloves, a friend of mine recently opened a spice shop in Chicago. If you are anywhere nearby check it out: http://www.pinchspicemarket.com/ His blends aren't bad. (Though he made off with some Jerk seasoning that we brought from Jamaica to a camping trip about a year before he opened the shop. Graham still mutters every now and then about finders fees.)
