(There is a female-initiated version of this: Failed Blow Job Guilt. Some women can't grasp why or accept that a guy can't come from their blow jobs. She'll try and try, and he'll feel guilty about not coming, which will make him less able to come. And thus a vicious cycle will ensue where there's all kinds of sucking going on, but nothing but frowns and long faces, and detached mandibular joints, all around.)
