Oh fucking stop. No one is calling to reconstitute the country as a "fundamentalist Christian nation." First of all, there is no such nation existing on the planet, let alone here. Preaching "Judeo-Christian" values is hardly the same thing, and not exactly a bad thing either, since those "values" tend to foster family and work-ethic. But since you brought it up, let's point out that parts of Scandinavia, France, Belgium and other parts of Europe are quickly finding out that there actually is such a thing as a "fundamentalist Muslim nation". Reminding folks of that - and not wanting the same here - is hardly the same as wanting a "fundamentalist Christian nation."



I'm amazed you left out being champions of Second Amendment rights. Because being able to own a gun and defend myself is certainly far more dangerous than preventing me from owning a gun and preventing me from defending myself when I get shot and my family is raped before the police arrive, maybe.
