That’s not me giving him the benefit of the doubt. That’s me saying I don’t know if he’s lied in a setting in which it would have consequences. The man lies in many places. I don’t know if he’s done it in a setting where it’s punishable of which I’m unaware.
I did, however, take the liberty of assuming Adder was as unaware as I am. Maybe he knows of a setting in which Trump lied which would result in consequences.
ETA: I do know, however, that he did not lie in one setting where it’d have consequences: To Mueller. We’d know if he lied there.
