I need help?

Last night I dreamed I was moving into a dorm room. Everyone else on the hall was moving in instruments- several kids had drum kits. While I've had college dreams in the past, this was different because everyone moving in was 18 or so, and in the dream I knew I was way too old. Like at first I thought (in the dream) "welll there were older guys on my dorm floor, so this will cool." Then i realized they weren't this old, you know.

Does this mean:

1- I'm too intrusive in my children's lives and need to back out?
2- I need to grow up and stop acting like a kid?
3- Perhaps the instruments foreshadow a very chaotic period upcoming in my life?
4- Perhaps the dream means there is something missing in my life that I need to educated to overcome?

I suggest dreaming about sex more, and dorms full of young men less. Wait. Maybe there is a connection there??

eta: Goddamn, that is a great picture. So the margins are off -- big fucking deal. Grow up.
I'll check back in a couple of days to see whether you are all done with this page. Un Bearable.

edited by Not Bob to fix the margins -- screwing up one page is bad enough, but I would hate to annoy my imaginary little sister by having fucked up the margins on two pages.

To be perfectly honest, I didn't expect Gatti to show up in a tank top.

Yes, what a pretty sweater, with its humorous caricature of a war-like Native American. Who are the Blackhawks playing next? The Sambos?

For shame, Not Bob. For shame.

Your candor is a breath of fresh air. This board could use a little more of that.

Fox goes for a new low

I love a reality TV trainwreck, but this one seems too heinous to watch:

Quote:
NEW YORK (AP) — The Fox network is making a reality show out of the troubled economy. An upcoming series titled, "Someone's Gotta Go," lets employees of a small business decide which one of their colleagues will be laid off.

Fox says it has no air date yet for the series, which is being developed by the company behind "Big Brother" and "Deal or No Deal." Each week, a different company lays off an employee.

Fox also wouldn't reveal the show's host, which it says is a business consultant who will offer advice to participating companies.

And I thought "More to Love" (The Bachelor for fats) was a bad idea.

Bass trombone?

The answer could make all the difference to your diagnosis.

I'm sure you meant well with this, but hockey being largely a Canadian sport, I wonder if the people most frequently troubled by the sweater aren't aboriginal peoples from Canada. The term "native american" seems to limit the issue to the native peoples of the territory now known as the United States, but the vulgarity of the sweater is likely on display every few weeks during "hockey night in canada."

By "aboriginal peoples from Canada" I assume you mean people of the First Nations? Or are these aboriginies from Australia who have emigrated to Canada?
