 | I'll talk down to someone from a lesser law school. I was just trying to claim my entire firm is Crimson (a claim I heard from a F & R partner when I was with the gov). Now if they are from a better law school I revert to I went to one of the 40 top 20 schools, to make the case all is equal at the top.

However, one of the lawyers keeps complaining and suggests I should pick only the individuals who really need it, which of course, would require me to pick 5 or 6 email addresses individually rather than replying to a 15 person group.

My response has been "suck my dick, concern about what emails you want to receive is last on my priority list."

Am I using the reply to all feature inappropriately?

If it means anything, this lawyer's law school was a hundred places lower than mine.
 | It's a more polite thing to send the email to only the intended recipients. In terms of actual practice, that's a wuestion of how sensitive the information is and whether you view your time as more valuable than his, taking into account the amount of time it takes the two of you to play out your pissing match.

How long have you been in practice? At this point, if where somebody went to school is even something that crosses your mind, you're not the man I thought you were, so I am assuming that's a joke. If you really want to get into a dick measuring contest, then whip 'em out grab the tape measure.

 | TAPE MEASURE? Well maybe if we shrunk it down on a xerox machine, but hey that's how we got here in the first place.

 | For some reason I love the word "wuestion". I feel like it's a really Scandinavian pronunciation of question or something. Taxwonk as the Swedish Chef.

Uh. Carry on.

				Microdermabrasion

Anyone done it? Or chemical peels? Thoughts/opinions? My facial skin has that not-so-fresh feeling lately but I'm a little hesitant to burn it off. Sort-of-fashion-related post. Or at least a vanity-related post.
